Advantage of using the project products would be increasing number of highly-qualified employees in EU countries, equalization of qualifications between European countries, effective experiences exchange, simplify identification of different types of problems and implementation of preventive means.

Set of job modules could be implemented on different national levels and in different units interested in particular trainings. Conclusions made from executed project could be utilized in order to create different training solutions as well as to prepare vocational education system reforms on a domestic level.
